Our founder, Renee, spent years trying to "lean in" before she realized the only way to fight burnout was to push back.

In our “always on” work culture, taking time to rest is resistance. It's the rejection of a system that extracts more than it gives back.

Reclaiming her own peace taught her something else: calm is contagious.
