Our vision is to create a world where women experience a renewed sense of self-worth, tap into their core strengths, and foster a deeper connection to themselves and their values.
In a patriarchal world where midlife women are written off, we want to create a community where women resist the norms, prioritize their needs, and stand with others demanding human rights for all.

In my mid-40s, I hit the trifecta of midlife: divorce, breast cancer, and menopause - three "clubs" no one wants to be part of. It knocked me down hard.
However, through it all, I realized that we can either live by our own standards or allow others to dictate the rules.
It was time to rewrite my rules.
I started Here I Am to nurture and honor women's inner strength, helping them reclaim their power and joy through self-love and well-being.

Robert is a champion of underserved communities and people. He always stands up to a bully. He seeks to generate change and happiness through deploying empathy, humility, and passion.

Bella is the heartbeat of our team. With her effortless charm, she fetches joy, delivers smiles, and makes sure our office is filled with positivity.
