How to Use

Preparation

  • Soak the area: Soak your feet or hands in warm, soapy water for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin. 
  • Wet the pumice stone: Ensure the pumice stone is wet before using it, as this reduces friction and prevents excessive abrasion. 

Exfoliation:

  • Gently rub: Rub the pumice stone in a circular motion over the rough, dry areas, applying light to medium pressure. 
  • Rinse frequently: Rinse the stone and the area regularly to remove loosened skin and ensure a clean surface. 
  • Limit time: Don't over-exfoliate by rubbing for too long in one spot, as this can damage the skin. 

Aftercare:

  • Dry the area: Pat the area dry with a clean towel. 
  • Moisturize: Apply a moisturizer to keep your skin soft and hydrated. 
  • Clean the pumice stone: Rinse the pumice stone thoroughly after each use and allow it to dry completely. 

Safety Tips:

  • Use sparingly: Aim for 1-2 times per week to avoid over-exfoliating.
  • Don't share: Never share your pumice stone with others to prevent the spread of infections.
