What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. We cannot accept perishable or personal items for returns, but please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. 

To start a return, contact us at We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must contact us before sending your package back to ensure you have the shipping label and correct return address.

What are your shipping options?

As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we strongly recommend planning ahead and allowing enough time for ground shipping, which has a significantly smaller carbon impact than shipping by air. 

  • Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to US addresses, estimated delivery up to 5 days, not including Sundays.
  • $5 flat rate on Standard shipping to US addresses, estimated delivery in 3-4 days.
  • While we prefer to avoid overnight (air) shipping due to increased emissions, we offer expedited shipping through Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air will be calculated based on the carriers' rate plus a $10 handling fee.

International Shipping:

  • During checkout, the shipping carrier will calculate the rate based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address.

When will I receive my order?

For deliveries to US addresses, orders in general ship within 1 business day of purchase. You can expect to receive your order based on the shipping option selected:

For Ground shipping: one day to prep the order plus up to 5 days for shipping, not including Sundays.

For Standard shipping: one day to prep the order plus 3-4 days for shipping.  

For Priority Mail Express or UPS Next Day Air: one day for prep plus one day for shipping.

For international deliveries, orders will take anywhere from 3-14 days.

What do I do if I never received my order?

That's a bummer! Send us a note at with details of your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received the wrong order or something is not right?

We hate to see that happen, but we will do everything we can to make it right! Send a note to with details of your order and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you have an account with us and the order is not yet in process, you can log in to your account and either cancel the order or make the necessary changes. If the order is already in process or you didn't create an account, send a note to with your details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I find out more about the brand values of your partners?

Each item that is available in our gift shop lists the brand values for the artisan or maker of the product.

Are all of the products you sell made by Women-Owned businesses?

Many of the small businesses we work with are women owned, but not all.  We look for artisans who are underrepresented, overlooked and misunderstood by the corporate world and operate their businesses by prioritizing ethical and sustainable craftsmanship.

Are all of the products made in the US?

Many of them are, but not all of them. We have a handful of brand partners who work with artisans in other countries. However, we do not work with anyone who is importing mass produced products from other countries.

Are all of the products either fair trade or responsibly sourced?

Yes! We do not include products from vendors who are not participating in fair trade and responsible sourcing.

Are the ingredients organic or vegan?

Yes! We select products that are plant-based, organic, and contain only non-toxic ingredients.

Is the product packaging recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable?

We request that our brands use zero-waste packaging and shipping materials when sending their products to us. And we send our products to you in zero-waste Boox boxes. 

Are the products made using clean production processes?

We only work with businesses that make products in small batches, avoiding the pollution created by large manufacturing processes. 

What about those Boox boxes?

What is a Boox?

Boox is the company we use for our zero waste shipping boxes. Boox is on a mission to eliminate single-use waste by making it easier for you to participate in an earth-friendly Circular Economy. These boxes can be returned to Boox free of charge. They will refurbish and reuse them as long as possible. When the boxes can no longer be refurbished, they are recycled and turned into new Booxes.

How do I return my Boox box?

Scan the QR code on the inside of the shipping box for digital guided instructions on the return process. There are thousands of return places. There’s no rush to return a Boox. Simply drop them off at one of thousands of conveniently located return places when it is convenient for you.

Do I have to return the Boox box?

No! Feel free to keep the box if you like it. We find these boxes are great as small storage and to help with the ongoing battle against clutter. 

Can I recycle the Boox box?

Yes, if you do not want to return the box or use it for decluttering, you can recycle it with your other plastic recyclables.
