We want you to be as happy with the self-care products you purchased from Here I Am as we were when we first discovered them. That's why our Stress-Free Guarantee covers returns, exchanges, and replacements.
  • Get a refund within 30 days of purchase, or within 60 days if your purchase was made during November and December (we know how holiday shopping can get) without a restocking fee. 
  • Get replacements, exchanges, or returns for store credit within 90 days after purchase. 
  • You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us. 
  • No explanations are necessary! Your well-being is our priority, guaranteed.
