How Your HIA Subscription Works

Guide to Understanding the Subscription Process

Sign up for your first box

  • On the "Self-Care Subscription Series" page, choose from the Payment Options dropdown: month to month, Prepay for 3 months, or Prepay for 6 months.
  • Click Add to Cart.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Your first box will ship within 1-2 days.
  • Your first box will contain the selected self-care items featured that month. 

Receive a new box each month

  • We will send you a new box each month with our latest and most fantastic finds.
  • The products in your subscription box will be different each month. None of the products will be repeated for at least 12 months.
  • Your box will ship each month on or near the same day of the month as your initial order.
  • You can edit your shipping information or add items to your order by logging into the customer portal from this page: https://hereiambox.com/a/subscriptions/login.

Your subscription will auto-renew

  • Depending on your selected payment option, your subscription will renew either monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months.
  • We will send an email reminder about the automatic renewal charge three days before your payment method on file is charged.
  • You can cancel the charge using the link in the renewal email or by logging into the portal from this page: https://hereiambox.com/a/subscriptions/login.
  • Your payment method will be charged on the same day of the month as your initial order.

Free Ground Shipping

Shipping timelines: Typically, we send orders out within one business day of your purchase.

Shipping Options to US Addresses:

  • Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping to US addresses, estimated delivery between 7-9 days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air Saver will be shipped one business day after purchase. Fees will be calculated based on the carriers' rate plus a $5 handling fee.

International Shipping: During checkout, the shipping carrier will calculate the rate based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your shipping address. 

Gifts: If you are sending a gift, you can ship directly to the recipient and use our convenient Delivery Scheduler to specify the best delivery date. Please note that while we aim to deliver on your preferred date, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
