A small ceramic bud vase with a hand-painted daisy on warm, raw clay, made by a woman-owned ceramics studio. It holds fresh stems, dried flowers, or reeds and essential oils for a simple homemade diffuser.

  • Small on purpose: A 1-inch opening needs only a stem or two, so a few flowers from a walk or the grocery store become a finished arrangement.
  • Three uses in one: It holds fresh flowers, a dried arrangement, or a homemade reed diffuser.
  • Handmade by a woman-owned studio.

How to Use

  1. For fresh flowers, fill with water and add two or three stems trimmed to the height you like. Change the water every few days.
  2. For a dried arrangement, skip the water and tuck in dried flowers or grasses.
  3. For a reed diffuser, fill partway with a diffuser base or light carrier oil, add a few drops of essential oil, and set in a few reeds. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent.
  4. Hand wash and dry thoroughly.

About the Brand

Ceramic Heights

Ceramic Heights is the work of ceramicist Amanda Gardner, who has been working with clay since 2011 and opened her first studio in San Diego in 2015. She makes pieces that are pleasing to look at, satisfying to hold, and meant to be used every day. Her wholesale line is limited to the pieces she enjoys making again and again, so each one keeps the sense of play that drew her to clay.
