How to Use

  1. Boil fresh water.
  2. Place one tea pyramid sachet in a cup.
  3. Pour hot water over the sachet.
  4. Steep for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Remove sachet and enjoy.

NOTE: Before you brew. This blend contains licorice root and sage. Licorice contains glycyrrhizin, which causes the body to retain sodium and shed potassium, and can raise blood pressure when taken regularly over time. Skip it if you are pregnant, if you have high blood pressure, heart disease or kidney disease, or if you take blood pressure medication, diuretics, digoxin, corticosteroids or warfarin. Sage is traditionally used to reduce milk supply, so skip it while nursing. Best as an occasional cup rather than a daily habit. If any of the above applies to you, talk to your provider first.
