How to Use

When to use: Use the brush on dry skin, before showering or bathing.

How to brush:

  • Start at your feet and brush upwards towards your heart in long strokes.
  • You can also use small strokes or circular motions.
  • Brush in a clockwise direction around the stomach, then work your way up to the chest.
  • Once you've reached the clavicle, start at fingers and work your way up to the shoulders.

After brushing: Rinse your skin and follow with your favorite body moisturizer.

Brush care: Avoid getting the brush wet, and tap it after use to remove debris.
