How to Use

  1. Briefly heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, checking between each, until comfortably warm. Do not overheat.
  2. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before placing it on your neck.
  3. Drape across your neck and shoulders and rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Let it cool completely before reheating. Be sure to leave the wrap on the outside of blankets.
