Topical use: apply to pulse points, inhale directly from hands and take deep breaths. Also apply to bottoms of feet and along the spine. Apply to the back of the neck or on the heart for feelings of peace and relaxation. Can be used up to 3 times a day.
Store in a cool dark place and away from direct sunlight.
